KABULI PALAW
The cuisine of Afghanistan
is influenced by Arab cooking. In this country believe that oil consumption is inspirational, so all dishes are high in fat. Additionally, people do not use cutlery to eat, they eat only the
fingers of the right hand.
One of the typical dishes in Afghanistan is the Kabuli Palaw. This dish contains
rice mixed with vegetables
and different meats.
The preparation of this dish consists of two phases:
1.
Prepare the rice and fry vegetables and meat in oil very
customer.
2. Put the rice, vegetables and meat in a bowl,
cover the bowl and bring it to the oven.
This dish does not have a specific way to serve, because this dish is
normally consumed in households of all people, this dish is not exclusive to special occasions.

Aushak: Aushak, also spelled Ashak, is an Afghan dish made of pasta dumplings filled with scallion, with a (frequently
meaty) tomato sauce, topped with yogurt and dried mint. A time-consuming meal to
prepare, it is usually served on holidays or at special gatherings.
Mast o Khiar: Is a simple
traditional Afghan side dish that goes good with almost everything. With mint,
cucumbers and yogurt it makes the perfect summer snack that takes only takes a
few minutes to make.
